Our approach is a three-phase system that incorporates the most essential elements you need to become successful in the music industry. Perhaps you need someone to take an objective look at your career/music/organization and give you a plan of action to take you from where you are to where you want to be. THREE PHASES TO SUCCESS

Phase One in the development process is where we address all of the most important foundation elements of the artist's career. This phase includes marketing (branding, photo shoots, online & printed materials development, EPKs, etc.); fund-raising (partner programs and capital fund-raising); and administration (customized tech riders, engagement documents, copyrights, pre-production, etc.).

Phase Two is either the production phase for those who do not have a current, professionally-produced CD/EP -or- it is the promotions phase (getting you ready to promote & market yourself to the industry & to the music community). We work with world-class producer Nick Coetzee (Rain Music Studio) for all production work both in Nashville and in Tampa, FL.

Phase Three is the marketing phase and includes CD marketing, launch, radio promotions, distribution, and touring. This is where the heavy lifting really starts!

Additional services include artist coaching, marketing support, bookkeeping, and all of our services are available "a la carte" including capital fund raising, radio promotions, publicity, etc. Again, our goal is to help you build a good ministry and business foundation, or help you improve the foundation you have built thus far.

Unlike other artist agencies, we do NOT limit access to our services. We do not bill by the hour, or give you a certain number of hours per month for this or that.
