  • To provide professional tour management services for artists and churches in need of the coordination of their teams traveling both domestically and abroad;
  • To provide professional event planning services for time-constrained events including (but not limited to) conferences, seminars, retreats and planning meetings; and
  • To provide non-profit organizations a means to turn an ineffective organization into one that fulfills its purpose and makes a difference in the lives of not only its team, but also those to whom its services are focused.

 

Gary Stripling founded The Management Agency, Inc. as a direct response to ministries, non-profit organizations and artists' need for professional management services at a reasonable price provided by someone with experience specifically related to their fields. He has worked with and served churches, ministries, and artists for over 23 years. His experience in the corporate world (banking and aerospace defense) allows him to effectively communicate and work with the businesses with which churches, ministries, artists and non-profit entities relate on a regular basis. The Management Agency, Inc. is incorporated as a business in the state of Florida. Gary and his wife of 25 years, Laura, reside in Jacksonville, FL with their two children, Emily and Elliott.

Gary has worked closely with some of the leading figures in the contemporary worship field including LaMar Boschman and The Worship Institute, Steve Fry, David Baroni, Integrity Music artists Paul Wilbur, Ron Kenoly, Lynn DeShazo, Carl Albrecht and many others. He has planned, organized and led teams to nations including Ghana West Africa, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Canada, and Eleuthera & Harbour Island Bahamas.
